Acceptable Use Policy



1. Eligibility


To use the Services you must, and represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and competent to agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity, you agree that you have the legal authority to bind that entity. In that case, “you” and “your” will also refer to that entity.


2. Account


In order to open an account, you will be asked to provide us with certain information such as a performance name, phone number, and email address. You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, for restricting access to such account, and to your device (computer, smart phone, or the like), and for all activities that occur under your account. Please make sure that the information you provide to us upon registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.


Unless expressly permitted in writing by us, you may not sell, rent, lease, share, or provide access to your account to anyone else, including without limitation, charging anyone for access to administrative rights on your account. Amphi reserves all available legal rights and remedies to prevent unauthorized use of our services, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and in serious cases, directly contacting your Internet Service Provider (ISP) regarding such unauthorized use.


3. Disruption of Service


We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the disruptions outlined below.


3.1 to submit false or misleading information;


3.2 to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;


3.3 to collect or track the personal information of others;


3.4 to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;


3.5 for any obscene or immoral purpose;


3.6 to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.



4. Misuse of Service and Prohibited Conduct


In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:


4.1 for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including the violation of intellectual property;


4.2 to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;


4.3 to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;


4.4 to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;


4.5 to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.



5. Use of Product


You may not:


5.1 Use our products in any manner that may violate the intellectual property rights of any other party;


5.2 use our product in any manner that impacts the stability of our servers or the behavior or other applications using our APIs;


5.3 use fraudulent information to register an account;


5.4 request or publish information impersonating any other In House Live client or customer;


5.5 create or disclose metrics about, or perform any statistical analysis of our product;


5.5 create or disclose metrics about, or perform any statistical analysis of our product;


5.6 display our trademark or content in any manner that could imply an endorsement, relationship, affiliate, or sponsorship between you or a third party and Amphi outside of your usage of the Services provided to you by Amphi;


5.7 copy, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, sublicense, disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile (except as expressly authorized under applicable statutory law), modify or alter any part of our products;


5.8 sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or sublicense any information or data obtained through our products;


5.9 attempt or conceal or alter your identity or your application’s identity when requesting authorization to use our products.
